As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services, we have implemented additional security improvements to UBB Mobile. These enhancements are available in version 6.6 of the application and are designed to provide even stronger protection when using the service.

Please be advised that, in certain situations, the system may temporarily apply additional security checks or restrict specific functionalities to help ensure the security of your mobile banking experience.

Restrictions may most commonly occur in the following cases:

1. Developer Mode Enabled

If Developer Mode is enabled on your device, access to UBB Mobile may be temporarily restricted. To continue using the application, please disable Developer Mode and reopen the app.

2. Use of an Unverified Software Keyboard

If the application detects a keyboard that is not provided by a trusted or official developer, you may be prompted to replace it. Please select an official and trusted keyboard and try again.

3. Use of a Rooted or Jailbroken Device

UBB Mobile may not function properly on devices where the operating system's standard security protections have been removed or altered. To ensure uninterrupted use of the application, we recommend using a device running an official version of the operating system.
