KBC’s TIME Centre has become the first Temenos Certified Client Centre of Excellence

Temenos is a leading provider of banking software worldwide, and its solutions are i.a. used in UBB, K&H, CSOB SK and KBC IE. After a strict audit and deep screening, KBC’s Competence Centre for Temenos solutions, the TIME Centre in Sofia, was attested by Temenos as its (globally) very first ‘Client Centre of Excellence’.
The certification ceremony happened in Sofia on June 22, in the presence of Peter Andronov, member of KBC’s Executive Committee, and CEO of the International Markets Business Unit, Tom De Witte, General Manager BEAT and International Markets, Jim Fitzgerald, Temenos Account Manager, senior managers of the Temenos development teams in India, and representatives of the KBC BEAT program.
Nadia Vladimirova-Hristova, manager of the TIME Centre, confirmed to be every proud of the Time Centre Specialists: “Definitely this certificate is a recognition of their high achievements and heavy efforts. It’s a result of the support and fantastic cooperation from the Temenos team. I am also grateful to the clients, who have been supporting us through with their loyalty and unfailing trust."
Also Peter Andronov and Jim Fitzgerald congratulated the experts of Time Centre, and acknowledged them for their high level of competence and expertise.
The official certification was followed by a reception which offered the participants the opportunity to further exchange congratulations and to toast on the award. At the photo booth attendees could capture this unique moment in pictures, while others enjoyed life music performed by one of the TIME colleagues.
The TIME Centre started its operations in Sofia in 2019, and is engaged in the implementation, the maintenance, the development and daily operations of Temenos T24 Core Banking Software. While currently already employing some 160 experts, the Centre is continuously looking for more professionals that are keen on joining the awarded team and contributing to its certified and highly appreciated services.
The TIME Centre is playing a crucial role in the synergy and smart-copying created between all 4 International Markets (IM) countries (Bulgaria, Hungary, Ireland and Slovakia) under the umbrella of the BEAT program (which targets the core back-end transformation in IM).
