Newly developed functionalities in UBB Online and UBB Mobile – safety and convenience during clients’ day-to-day banking

As from December 2021, business clients have been enabled to obtain information about all active users in their online banking functionality in UBB Online by just a few clicks.

In the new Administration menu clients have a list of all active users in a company’s online banking functionality, with information about the menus they can access and the opportunity to fully revoke these users’ access to UBB Online.

The access to all sub-sections in the new Administration menu can be requested via submitting a Data Amendment Card for Online Banking at a branch of the Bank, or online via the Digital Portal of UBB - in UBB Online.

Additionally, as from the beginning of 2022 the business clients of UBB can quickly and easily sign documents, created in their Online Banking (UBB Online) via their mobile phones.

The new functionality is accessible via the mobile app UBB Mobile >> Payments menu >> Documents for Signing sub-menu. The signing process in UBB Mobile enables to easily send single fund transfers, chosen by clients, sign simultaneously a package of up to 5 documents and access well-structured information for pending/signed documents, based on filters, set by clients.

After the document/s has/have been signed via Face Recognition/Fingerprint or PIN, clients are being redirected to a resultant screen, while the document/s’ status can be seen in Signed Documents section.

UBB closely monitors its clients’ needs and continues offering new solutions, thus making clients’ banking experience in UBB Online and UBB Mobile ever more convenient, easy and secure!
