UBB offers promotional interest rates down to 6.00% for new mortgage loans in BGN and EUR, valid from 08.04.2014

UBB has announced promotional terms on its mortgage loans and hasdecreased the interest rates down to 6.00% for new residential purchase and home improvement mortgage loansin BGN and EUR with payroll or regular proceeds in a “Comfort” account with the bank .
All clients, willing to purchase residential property, can choose from equal interest rate for BGN and EUR i.e. 6.00% with payroll or regular proceeds in a “Comfort” account with UBB.
The new offer is valid also for refinancing of mortgage loans from other banks with 6.00% interest rate for BGN and EUR, 0% one-off loan drawdown fee and grants an option for additional financing.
The Bank’s promotional offer is valid for all types of new mortgage loans with submitted applications in the period 08.04.2014 – 31.05.2014 and includes also the following preferential fees:

0% fee for prepayment with own funds

No application fee

2 times lower preferential loan drawdown fee - 0.75% from the loan amount, depending on the conditions for payroll and “Comfort” package “
UBB gives an opportunity to clients to obtain pre-approval of the loan amount prior to choosing the property that they would like to buy.
The maximum amount of residential purchase mortgage loans is BGN 500 000 or EUR 250 000 for a maximum repayment term of 35 years.
