Scheduled update of OBB Mobile and OBB Online on August 10th

Dear clients,
We would like to inform you of a forthcoming planned technical upgrade of the UBB systems, to be made in the early hours of 10 August 2025 (Sunday), over the 01:00 AM - 06:00 AM time span. During this period some of our services will be temporarily unavailable. Impacted services include UBB Mobile, UBB Online and BLINK payments. It is important to note that customers using 3D biometric features for confirming online payments via the mobile banking app will not have access to UBB Mobile.
The aim of the upgrade is to ensure better security and stability of our services.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause. To reduce the impact on you, our customers, we have chosen a time interval during which we hope you will not feel affected.
