KBC Mobile Bulgaria and KBC Online Bulgaria will be no longer supported and with limited access

Dear customers,
Please be informed that after 28.05.2025 channels for online and mobile banking KBC Mobile Bulgaria and KBC Online Bulgaria will be no longer supported and with limited access.
Access to both banking systems will be limited as follows:
- All individual clients will be with limited access to both KBC Mobile Bulgaria and KBC Online Bulgaria
- All business clients will be with limited access to KBC Mobile Bulgaria only
Individual clients can receive actual information regarding their transferred accounts and products in UBB Mobile and UBB Online. An option for references related to historical information about transferred accounts will be available at any convenient UBB branch.
In case until 28.05.2025 you don’t complete the steps for transferring from KBC Mobile Bulgaria/KBC Online Bulgaria to UBB Mobile/UBB Online, after this date you will need to visit our branch and receive access to the new digital channels.
Still all business clients will be able to access KBC Online Bulgaria and historical data about transferred accounts and products.
