We would like to remind you that in connection with the change from 01.05.2023 in the TARIFF OF UBB FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL ENTITIES, APPLICABLE TO CONTRACTS WITH CUSTOMERS FOR THE PROVISION OF INVESTMENT AND/ OR ADDITIONAL SERVICES, RELATED TO FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS (the Tariff), in the current year, we are going to charge for the safekeeping of financial instruments, and the fee, according to the amended Tariff, applies to all customers using the service.

The safekeeping is a service offered by UBB AD in its capacity as a depository bank, an investment intermediary bank, and a custodian bank. For different types of customers, the service includes different elements, at different price levels, as outlined in para. 2 and para 3 from the Tariff.

At the moment, only the safekeeping of units of KBC Asset Management funds and Raiffeisen Capital Management funds are exempt from this fee.
