We would like to inform you that from 14.12.2023 the setting of a new password for login to UBB's digital channels in case of forgotten one will be carried out only with a visit to a branch of the Bank.

The approach will further ensure your security, and we are working on providing additional options for the safe assignment of a new password, of which we will notify you of in a timely manner.
