Decommission of CIBANK Online and CIBANK Mobile

Dear Clients,
This is to inform you that the CIBANK Mobile and CIBANK Online products will be decommissioned, as follows:
- CIBANK Mobile – as of 15.02.2019
- CIBANK Online – as of 31.05.2019
All clients of the above-mentioned systems have been transferred to the UBB systems and now have the option to use the new online and mobile banking of the united bank.
We remind you that the new UBB mobile application for individual and business clients - UBB Mobile for Android and iOS can be downloaded and installed from Google play or Apple Store. The application has an integrated software token, as well as many new functionalities, which you can get acquainted with here.
