Branches which will work overtime on Saturdays until the end of January 2026 and Eurohubs for exchanging larger amounts of coins
13 January 2026
After the successful introduction of the euro as the official currency in Bulgaria, UBB is implementing additional measures to ensure customer convenience during the first weeks of the transition. Our goal is to provide calm, fast, and easy service during this period of increased interest in cash operations, currency exchange, and questions related to the early days of adopting the euro.
Branches open on Saturdays
Тo ease weekday traffic and offer greater flexibility, some of our branches will be open exceptionally on Saturday, 17, 24 and 31 January 2026, from 09:00 to 14:00.
What can you do at our duty branches?
- perform cash operations;
- exchange Bulgarian levs for euros under the current conditions;
- receive information and assistance regarding services related to the transition to the euro.
This measure is part of our commitment to stay as close as possible to our customers during this important period—both individuals and businesses. The extended Saturday service aims to reduce queues and provide more time for completing necessary operations.
