We would like to inform you that the service for checking in real time and payment of local taxes and fees to Sofia Municipality via UBB Online has been resumed. Through the updated service you can pay only taxes and fees, for which you are the taxable person. Payment of liabilities will be made per tax liability type, in the sequence from older to newer liabilities, as per the currently effective regulations in Bulgaria. For example, if you owe property tax in several regions within Sofia Municipality, then upon defining the sequence of payment for this tax liability what is taken into account is the due installments for all your properties in Sofia Municipality, regardless of the region where they are located. You cannot pay property tax for a real estate in Sofia Municipality, if you have an older unpaid installment for another property within the same municipality.
