We would like to inform you that as part of our service quality improvement, the mobile applications UBB Mobile and KBC Mobile Bulgaria as well as the online banking UBB Online and KBC Online Bulgaria will be unavailable during the period from 17:00 on 10.05.2024 to 23:00 on 12.05.2024.

This means that the manual ordering of transfers and payments between own accounts and to third parties will be limited. We therefore advise you to make urgent payments before 5 pm on 10.05.2024, or arrange them with a future value date - this way they will be made automatically and seamlessly. For your convenience, it is advisable to plan sufficient funds in your accounts with active cards during the above mentioned period. 

In addition, please note that on Friday, 10.05.2024, our branches will be open to you until 5 pm and will not be open over this weekend. 

We would like to assure you that all card transactions - ATM withdrawals and deposits, in-store payments at POS terminals and online purchases, use of digital wallets - will be fully accessible. Your transactions will be reflected in the first business days after the weekend of 11-12 May 2024.
