We would like to inform you that in order to improve the quality of our services on 22nd September 2023 (Friday) in the period from 06:00 until 22:00 UBB Online will not accessible, and from 06:00 until 08:00 there will also be no access to UBB Mobile.

If you are currently using КBC Mobile Bulgaria and/or KBC Online Bulgaria, they will remain accessible for you.

Additionally, on 22nd September 2023 our branches in the shopping centres will also not be servicing clients.

The described technical inaccessibility will not affect the transactions on POS devices for both clients and merchants. This means that all card transactions - ATM withdrawals and deposits, in-store payments and online purchases, use of digital wallets - will be fully accessible to you.
