You can receive support regarding Raiffeisen Token from our virtual assistant RAIA. She can help you with all your Token related inquiries (both hardware and software): activation of a token, signing of payments and requests with it, possible messages that can be visualized.

You can start a chat with RAIA either from the Bank’s website www.rbb.bg, or after you have accessed the online banking (yellow icon that can be found in the bottom right corner). Our virtual assistant will facilitate you by asking questions that will direct your attention towards the information you are searching for.
