UBB’s insurance partnership with DZI is yet another step towards offering a wider range of the banking and insurance products of KBC Group Bulgaria

Since 1^st September, as a part of the strategy of KBC Group Bulgaria for rendering full bank-assurance servicing to the Group’s clients, UBB branches have been offering products from the portfolio of DZI General Insurance. From this date onwards UBB clients are now able to use the insurance protection of DZI under their mortgage loans, debit, credit and ОК cards, they may insure their property, conclude CASCO and Third Party Liability, as well as medical insurance upon travelling abroad.

The partnership with DZI contributes added value to the proposals, of which our clients may take advantage. As an addition to the Property insurance, which is an integral part of the parameters of every mortgage loan with United Bulgarian Bank, there are additional attractive coverage options. UBB offers the possibility for having the insurance premium paid in equal monthly installments without appreciation, together with the monthly repayment installment under the loan.

The new insurance under debit and standard credit cards, issued by UBB, as well as under cards, linked to OK loans with UBB, is also of extended coverage scope, provided by DZI. Reimbursement of expenses for reissuing of personal documents, in case these have been lost or stolen together with the card, is also being supplemented with coverage of expenses for lost /stolen keys upon that same incident, including also the expenses for replacement of external locks.

Every UBB client, willing to insure its home and the property in it will be able to take advantage of DZI’s property insurance – Home Comfort. The product provides a combination of insurance coverage options that are in highest demand with a possibility for clients to select the face value. It is a beneficial way for clients to protect their property by paying equal monthly installments without appreciation.

Car owners may quickly and easily conclude their Third Party Liability Insurance thus getting a 10% discount for also concluding a CASCO insurance with DZI at any branch of the Bank. Holders of UBB credit cards may also benefit from the convenience for deferred payment of the premiums in 6 or 12 monthly installments without appreciation, upon using for the purpose a POS terminal in UBB branches.
