From 14.12.2023 the setting of a new password for login to UBB's digital channels in case of forgotten one will be carried out only with a visit to a branch of the Bank.

• From 17:00 on 20.10.2023 to 22:00 on 22.10.2023 UBB Mobile, KBC Mobile Bulgaria, UBB Online and KBC Online Bulgaria will not be available and that will restrict the execution of money transfers and payments. • On 20.10.2023 our branches will work with customers until 17:00 and will open again on Monday. • Card payments will be fully accessible to you.

The access to UBB Online and UBB Mobile will be temporarily restricted between 3:00-4:00 AM on 08.10.2023.
