Terms and Conditions

  • You need an account with UBB, in which your portfolio transactions with securities will be registered
  • You need a concluded Agreement for transactions in financial instruments
  • For use of U-Broker you also need an agreement for e-banking
  • LEI – code

  • ID card or passport of the persons, representing the company / for proxies - explicit power of attorney, attested by a notary
  • Certificate of the company’s good standing / Print-out from the Commercial  Register
