Fund Transfers in BGN

Order fund transfers in BGN to accounts of your business partners with any bank in Bulgaria through UBB’s branch network or via UBB Online and UBB Mobile

Advantages

  • The Bank effects fund transfers in BGN on the Republic of Bulgaria’s territory through BISERA (Banking Integrated System for Electronic Payments), via RINGS (Real-time Interbank Gross-settlement System) and by Instant BLINK transfers
  • The BISERA system enables execution of payment orders with same-day value date or on the next business day for the Beneficiary’s Bank, depending on the time of receiving the payment order at the Bank. The cut-off time for acceptance of fund transfers with same-day value date is 07.00 PM via the Bank’s online channels
  • The Payer’s Bank has to submit the payment order to the RINGS system not later than 1 hour after its acceptance/receipt from the customer, while the Beneficiary’s Bank has to credit the Beneficiary’s account immediately after the funds’ receipt
  • The Blink service is accessible 24/7/365 via the Bank’s mobile and online banking functionalities. The order processing is immediate or near-instant. The payment order amount should not exceed BGN 30 000 (thirty thousand Bulgarian leva), while the fee equals the one for a standard fund transfer in BGN
  • In case of an unsuccessful Instant (BLINK) Fund Transfer there will be a free-of-charge PUSH, Viber or SMS message, sent to the fund transfer initiator

  • The cut-off time for acceptance of BGN Fund Transfers is according to the deadlines, stated in Payment Execution Deadlines and Value Dates
