Small and medium-sized enterprises, as per the SME Act or small medium-capitalization companies (with staff number up to 499 employees, which do not fall into the SME definition of the EIF)

• Working capital loans – overdrafts, revolving credit lines, working capital loans in installments, VAT credit lines
• Investment loans
• Bank Guarantees

• For investment loans – standard period of up to 120 months, depending on the project type the repayment period may reach 144 months
• For working capital loans – up to 48 months

The Borrower or the loan should meet at least one of the Sustainability criteria under the programme, such in:

• Renewable energy, including photo voltaic installations
• Construction of energy efficient new commercial buildings
• Manufacture of energy efficient products
• Energy efficiency in the agriculture
• Industrial energy efficiency
• Cars and light commercial vehicles
• Heavy-duty vehicles
• Infrastructure for zero-emission mobility
• Projects that contribute for the transition to circular economy
• Net savings of resources through re-use, repair, renovation, processing, re-routing or re-cycling
• Sustainable agriculture and livestock breeding
