Cash Funds Concentration Types:

• Virtual (Notional) – Upon this type of cash funds concentration no physical transfer of balances between the sub-accounts and the Main Account is actually being made
• Real (Effective) – Effective concentration of cash funds is being made through a real transfer of funds from the separate sub-accounts to the customer’s Main Account, by means of zeroing the balances of the individual sub-accounts (Zero-Balancing) and the maintaining of target balances in the individual sub-accounts (Target Balancing)
