Parameters

Borrowers	Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as per the SME Act
Purpose	Working capital loans – overdrafts, revolving credit lines, working capital loans in installments, VAT credit lines Investment loans Bank Guarantees
Maximum amount	EUR 7 500 000 or its equivalence in Bulgarian leva (BGN)
Currency	EUR/BGN
Guarantee coverage	80% of the loan
Guarantee fee	Free-of-charge, covered by UBB
Eligibility for lending	UBB will perform an assessment of the customer and of the purpose of funding in terms of eligibility
Repayment term	Investment loans - up to 144 months Working capital loans – up to 48 months
Collateral-related requirements	Not more than 50% of the loan as per a value, accepted by UBB (excl. the InvestEU guarantee)

Needed Documents

Decision by the company’s competent body for obtaining a loan and providing collateral for it
Balance Sheet, Income Statement and a Tax Return for the last year
Collateral ownership documents - copies of the ID cards of the company’s representative - borrower/co-debtor/pledgors/mortgagors
Certificate for availability /lack of arrears, issued by the revenue authority as per Art 87, Para 6 of the Tax Insurance Procedure Code
Declaration Statement of relatedness with other entities according to a sample format
